Endnote advanced help - Clarivate Analytics

If you have any questions, please see the following contact options for Clarivate Analytics, the owners and operators of EndNote.  Please note, whether you email, chat, or phone, you may need to provide the following information depending on your problem:

  • Your university email address (Clarivate can only provide support to registered users; your uni email address is proof of this);
  • Your EndNote licence number and version (to find these, open your EndNote program, click Help [top of page] > About EndNote 20 > the relevant info appears beneath “University of Adelaide”);
  • Your computer operating system (e.g. Windows 10, Mac 10.10);
  • Your word processor program (e.g. Microsoft Word 2016, Microsoft Word for Mac, Pages 10.x);
  • Your browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.).
